Katie O’Neill Tran, the founder of O’Neill Tran Law, has spent over 15 years assisting entrepreneurs with a wide array of legal issues. From initial trademark application filings through managing large domestic and international trademark portfolios; entity formation and contract negotiations.
Katie, has experience serving as the general corporate counsel for companies across the United States and the world, including those based in California, Chicago, New York, and Dublin (Ireland). She has experience not only in domestic business and trademark law, but also in international intellectual property law and commercial litigation. Katie is an active member of the bar and is licensed to practice law in California, Illinois, New York, and Ireland.
